Product Description

Fryums Making Machine is the Ready to Fry Snack Pellets  Extrusion Line which works on double cooking process. By Invention of this machine the design/shape of snack pellets which were producing earlier have becomes more attractive like alphabets, animals, moon chips, balls, wheels and may more other two dimensional shapes can easily produced.

This line is available in three different variant according to automization as Manual Line, Semi Auto Line and Fully Automated PLC Controlled Line. This line is also available in production capacity of 200 kg/hr and 300 kg/hr. Extruder gearbox with inbuilt thrust bearing housing used in both extruder for maintenance free operation and longer life, all the dough touch parts in this line are made from stainless steel with food grade surface finish, for vibration free and silent operation all structures are provided with enough sturdy material and fully covered by covers.

Because of wholly automated & human touch free operation (from flour loading to pellets packing), fully hygienic snack pellets can produced. Complete data like temperature on different places/stages of cooking in extruder barrel, melt pressure near dies, screws rpm, motor ampere etc would monitored and controlled by PLC control Panel to achieve precise quality control.
